I know what we can do about it!
First, we have to blame it on humans. More specifically, Americans.
Then we (only Americans) need to drastically change our way of life.
We also need to pay some scientists to say there is a consensus...blah...blah...blah.
Next we have to get the government involved, because apparently they know all the answers and can solve every 'problem' (real or imagined) by throwing trillions of our tax dollars at it.
Or, maybe there's another solution.

It's akin to some of the "Environmentalist" extremists. (Actually Environmentalism is a good thing, when done in moderation) who want to cease using forests for building materials or paper, due to the impact it'll have on Earth in 150,000 Years from now. (No matter what) Don't Drink and Drive!!!

I'd be willing to head up the Committee to investigate
It may take 10 years & multiple trips to conservatories around the world
But I'll do it

Dave, if you give the government the answers they want to hear, they'll pay billions of dollars for the 'research'. They don't care about accurate data or any of that silly stuff.
Here's all anyone really needs to do:
*accept the $$$,$$$,$$$.52 and take the family and some friends on vacation for 9 of the 10 years.
*during the last year, contact several highly-paid movie stars and ask for their educated ( ) opinion.
*record their opinions and comments as scientific fact
Simple as that!

I was surprised to hear recently that Earth was hit by a very large object & the result was our present planet & the moon
Quote:
The moon formed from Earth fragments after a collision with a giant, Mars-size asteroid relatively late in our planet's formation, a new analysis of moon rocks has revealed.
new study of moon rocks collected three decades ago by Apollo astronauts, however, found that Earth and the rocks were too similar....
Earthly Material The most likely explanation is that the moon was formed primarily of Earthly material, the authors say.

That was me. . .sorry. . .I had a fit of rage.
Speaking of "hitting", d'you know that Jupiter does not have a surface? As you get closer it is at first gas, then more dense gas, then liquid, then more dense liquid, and finally maybe a solid at the center. Dunno', never been at the center.

Yeah, they have yet to get to the core of the planet
I think they sent one satellite/device in & it disintegrated in the atmosphere
They need that Owl that did the lollipop commercial
See, we just a need a gas line out to Jupiter & we'll be all set
