Should a person get credit

for not doing bad things that he/she could have done and possibly gotten away with?

How about getting credit for admitting bad things that they did that they possibly could have denied ever happened?

After groping a stewardess, a strong and rich football player used this defense in court.

Credit???? That's a laugh! I usually get into trouble. I can't count the number of times customers have asked me to do something which I know is against code. When I refuse to do it, they hire someone else. Most common?.....drywall over junction boxes and splice boxes with 8 wires coming in wrapped in tape...and they have kids!:furious:

so, you think a person should get a pat on the back for not doing the wrong thing?

Heck, if that's the case, I'm set. I could have broken a million traffic laws but I didn't.

No, but a lot of other people seem to think so. I guess they could properly be called 'spin doctors'.

Maybe they are really asking for credit for having resisted the temptation to do really bad things.
