At shrink school they say that there are no coincidence's about one's vocation.

So when you were a kid someone made you feel inadequate.

Think back to a grammar teacher, an incident over wallpapering, or perhaps someone chopped down your favourite tree.

Acquire voo-doo doll. Stab it in the eye while chanting " take that______ ( insert name)

Now that the ghosts in your closet have evaporated your sleep problem is solved

Wellll, after moving to Pa from Fla in 1960, I had to immediately learn cursive writing, as they did not teach that in second grade in Fla. Maybe that is the whole problem, now if I can come up with my second grade teachers name. Most likey passed on by now

Well no wonder you are suffering. One can't be expected to drag that sort of emotional baggage around. You must reconcile within yourself at once. Your inner child has been abused.

Print a letter ( no cursive allowed) explaining to her how redundant cursive is these days. The grade school curriculum spends very little time on it anymore.

Pepper the letter with intentional spelling mistakes

You are cured

I'm in week two of recovering from spine surgery and totally off narcotics, having the same problem. My doc gave me zolpidem, generic for Ambien.

I only take it when I've had a few sleepless nights in a row and it works really well. I'm not groggy in the morning like I am with Benadryl.

BTW, the active ingredient in Benadryl is the same one they put in PM versions of OTC drugs, in case you're worried about acetaminophen or ibuprofen toxicity.

So when's the bonfire for burning that ladder? I'll bring marshmallows.

The ladder has disappeared. Not sure what my friends did with the rickety piece of junk. Bonfire is a great idea. The benadryls worked for 2 days but this is day 3. Its after midnight and I am up surfing the NET.

I have a degenerative hip and a torn knee tendon. Can't handle narcotic pain pills. After a while, you just kinda learn to live with the pain. Took Ibuprofen for a while, but it is bad for your kidneys, so I just leaned to live without it.

Im at the point where I dont have too much pain. An Aleve every few hours helps. When sleeping, the full length brace just wont let me relax. Drinking 2 beers tonight. May not help but I used to drink one or two every night and it never hurt.
