shock wave video

If any of you are interested in shock waves, this video will be interesting. It is a great demonstration of how we must engineer, say trusses, for any seismic activity. Shaking on the ground can cause serious shaking up top, as you'll see in the video. I have watched it several times, but still do not quite see the path of the reflective shock waves. I'll just have to study.

Thanks "jkingel"!
For some input, on engineering!
I do see some possible, ramifications - in relationship, to possible "stress
factors", associated with "cantilever applications".
However, I think further study, is in order!
Possibly - "In depth"!

Sorry, but I guess I was looking at different orbs. I'll focus on the eyes next viewing. She DOES HAVE rather attractive ankles, though.

The relationship between seismic activity and tsunami flow is illustrated.

I suppose, given the radius of gyration and frequency some estimate of mass can be made assuming resonance effects can be accounted for.

I am currently accepting grants for further study.

If you need a hand with mass estimates, call me. I am slow and require a great deal of repetition, but I get there.

Didn't see that one coming!

I'll leave it to you to decide what a street-smart linguist could be called, but if you figure it out I wouldn't post it. . .

Puns. Yeah, I try to stay abreast of any developments therein.

Loving those shock waves. I would be interested in doing some further studies on this.
