Shelf Fail - 6,810 Bottles of Wine and Bubbly Lost

People are scratching their heads but something like 78 feet of shelving gave way and sent 6,810 bottles of wine and champagne crashing to the floor. Nobody was hurt.

Anybody want to render a guess the last time someone checked the wall anchors holding the shelves to the wall? I am picking 31 years ago when they were installed.

That’s funny, I liked the tsunami effect.

I don't know what's funnier. The video or the fact that there is a town called "Sheboygan".

Sheboygan's in the news a lot - surprised you haven't heard of it before

But this made me think of SNL's 'liquorville' skit . . .

"We pretend that wine bottles on the high shelf are like shooting stars . . . I could really use a drink right now, drink right now, drink right nooow"

I was thinking, suck it up with a new wet vac and filter it into a few beer kegs. Then party.

I wonder how well that fork truck operator scored on his "on-line employment test" before he was hired.
