Quitting my day job..

And if I go higher than a 3 story mansion do I put an elevator in? Being rich is not as easy as it sounds, sheesh.

Apparently there has been a bunch of Irish millionaires dying in Africa. I have two uncles that have recently died and left me almost $50M. My wife thinks that I shouldn't go buy the new Lexus until the money arrives...dumb.

An elevator? -
Of course! -
2 - so that none of your "vastly", wealthy, celebrity guests have to wait
too long!!
Also, some escalators!!

As far as the "heli-pad" goes -
on the roof of course!!
(With hanger, facilities built in!)
Don't want to "mess" up the finely, manicured lawns!!

You da man Chris. You may paint wearing no pants and be into crabs but clearly you are also a man of the World. I do wonder what sites you visit to attract such offers though.

With regime changes, maybe the MidEast just really wants someone who can patch bullet holes and rehang tacky looking wallpaper quickly.

Here and a couple painting and papering sites, thats about it.I want to know how quickfish translated it?

I would like to know too. I certainly know people fluent in reading and writing Arabic but he pulled it off fast!

The Google translation tool and Babblefish do a reasonable job for basics from language to language.

That's Kwikfish btw. I studied Arabic while spending countless hours sitting on my ass in the boat waiting on King Salmon to slam secret weapon.

Rich???
Rich!!!
What!!
The word is wealthy!
"Rich" is so "run-of-the-mill", pedestrian, "tacky" ....
Those of us in the know use - "wealthy".

On further consideration of your situation -
there may be problems with mounting the "heli-pad" - hanger facility on your roof.
Structural, ramifications - convincing the local "officials" of the feasibility of
your plan (even, with efforts of substantial, "persuasion"!).
My skilled team of design consultants has come up with an alternate solution to your problem (there are no problems - just solutions!)

We'll emplace your "heli-pad" - hanger facility, 100 to 200 feet from your expansive, resplendent mansion!!
(Wow, these people are good!!!)
However, a person of your obvious wisdom must be thinking -
"That would entail tearing up some of my finely, manicured lawn"!! OMG!!
Not to worry!
Whatever turf has to be removed can be donated to - say -
"Habitat for Humanity" (Tax write-off!!)
(What a philanthropic, humanitarian you are!)

Now - you're wondering -
What shall the "heli-pad" be constructed of?
Mere, aspahalt? - mere, concrete?
Adequate - but, not up to the standards of your palatial, architecturally, superb "shack"!
The solution -
6 inch, thick Italian Marble!
(With suitable substrate, drainage, heating, lighting ....)
Most excellent!!
Now, you're thinking to yourself -
"That sounds good - but, what about my walk from the "Heli-pad" to my humble, abode"??
"I might get wet"!! OMG!!
"My thousand, dollar "Gucci", work-boots might get wet or soiled"!!!!
"It's 100 to 200 hundred feet"!! OMG!!

Not to worry!
For a modest amount we can install a covered walk-way - protected from those "pesky", elements!
In complete architectural, harmony with your resplendent mansion!
Of course, with a moving sidewalk!!!
(A person of your stature, should not be expected to walk 100 to 200 feet!?!) OMG!!
You would not expect anything less!!

As far as - "my people contacting your people" -
You can contact me at -
"Wealthy? - We'll help you manage your wealth"
1-666-666-6666, Ext. 666 -
Ask for "Mud"!
(After we establish a working relationship - you'll fondly, refer to me as - "Dirtbag" -
most of my clients do!!)

"Mud"
+1
