Property Preservation, Maintenance & Repai

Hi there,

My husband and I own a property preservation, maintenance and repair business we just started. I am looking for help networking. He has 20 years experience as electrician, plumber, roofing, remodels and additions. Any good ideas where to find business for preservation, maintenance and repair of pre-foreclosure or foreclosed homes?

Since foreclosed houses are held by the mortage owner, I would suggest contacting local banks and mortage companies. Possibly local realtors and thier local board.

However keep in mind forclosed houses are sold a lot of times as is with as little money as possible put back into them to get them sold.

I would consider expanding your business model to include the local realty market for rental properties and normal pre-sale repairs.
