Presidential Election
I know you're dying to to dish your opinion. Who do you honestly think is going to win? And why?

Presidential Election
I am going to stay out of debates and expressing opinions this time. What does concern me is that people are already apathetic and may not turn out to vote for anybody. This country takes the privelege for granted! We talk about landslide victories at times but when all is totalled, less than 38 percent of eligible voters bother. How is that victorious? President Cheney won by such a small margin that it boiled down to half of that 38 percent that wanted him in office for two terms. Hardly a mandate.
The other thing that drives me nuts is the amount of money that will be spent leading up to this November. It is nothing short of obscene---on both sides and now with Tea Party crazies in the mix too. And, we no longer have any idea who is pumping big money in. Or why. Or what they really expect, at our expense, in return. Campaign funding reform will never happen in my lifetime any more than term limits will. And speaking of which? The Supreme Court doesn't even have to be re-elected. Once appointed, the justices sit until they die, rot in place, or leave. This court is relatively young and some on it will be serving your grandchildren. Vote carefully for president just because of Supreme Court appointments if for no other reason. And I am sorry but anyone in a job, even a US Senator, for 50-60 years cannot be doing it well any more. At least take the time to vote. It is quite painless. I've volunteered as an election judge in several states and if I can do that you can take 15 minutes to vote. If you don't vote. Don't whine.

Presidential Election
Sad to say neither candidate is qualified.
Romney's idea of providing jobs is a joke,he gave a speech here a couple of weeks ago and came right out and said companies in the US can't afford to pay our workers. Obamma wasted so much time on his failed health care plan and sat on his hand during the BP crisis, pipeline job and the transportation bill all of which would had created a whole boat load of jobs for this country. Not to mention the vacations he and his family have taken on our dime. All that they are good for is Placating the voter.

Few people actually vote for a candidate, but vote against the opponent.
