Pancake sandwich
I have come up with an easy and very filling meal called the Pancake Sandwich. I'm on a food kick again and all who have tried it have loved it. Make a single pancake flip it and add cheese, your choice of type. Scramble an egg and fry it on one side. flip. Add a slice of ham and lay the egg on top! Pancake sanwich! Way off topic but you should try it. dorf dude...

Pancake sandwich
Isn't it technically an open-faced sandwich? It looks like it's begging for a layer of bacon, corned beef hash, some hot sauce, and then another pancake.
