No more political or gun threads-----

Is good to have fun in a thread and give all a laugh from good feelings towards each other.
I would like to challenge Rossfingal to top clown, and have the handle to back it up

If we were trying to discuss politics at same time, would be nothing but hard feelings.
Is to many people involved in this forum, I recently lost a good long time friend over talking politics in a irc chat channel, I may or may not agree with his beliefs, certainly not everyone in the channel did.
We hung out a lot, I was at the gun show when he bought his 9mm, the wife and I would often meet with him for dinner. I have taken him to the hospital at Midnight before, he would be proud to learn I quit smoking 45 days ago.
Because he wont shut up about politics, I simply stopped talking to him and hung up on him on the phone the last time he tried to explain why I needed to think like him.

When I say I do not care what your political beliefs are and do not want to hear them, trust me, I respect your beliefs and I really do not want to hear about them.

I really want to leave even this thread alone but what fun would that be? 2:30 in the a.m. is adult wind down time. I don't find it beneath me to close down a bar once in a while. That was one of those once's.

i still don't agree with you suggesting to simply let people break into a vehicle just because it's insured, but that may be another thread.

no, I don't buy into that. this is the only forum dedicated to blinding the eyes of a mature conversation. I strongly believe it in our best interest if to continually be the best to adhere to the likings of a private forum. that is only due to because apparently the last generation is not akin to what they have left for us, and that is an arguable debate.

sorry folk, but this is way past your bedtime. we are friends here, we deserve the right to argue as such. again, privately best as I understand, but to suffocate that right is not our generation. We are far beyond your thinking, like it or not.

let's get an adult grip on this, please. it's tired and pre-elementary already.

us as a community, a long time community, should not be able to not talk to one another of adult matters. If you don't like guns or political threads, then you have the right to not post, leave your moderator status out of it as usually you mods don't even act as friends to us, and let us who are familiar with one another debate as adults, as friends.

if you mods took a step back and conversed with us as friends, we may actually know where we stood with an argument. but since you all can't be friendly with your authoritive figure, don't demean us forum friendlies with your disposition of imposition.

I'm not even asking a lot, simply for you all to grow the heck up. sorry if that offends your authority, but if that's your authority than perhaps elementary school children is where it's best served as I can see that.

Preston AKA Doc Holliday.

Last time I checked, this site was DIYChatroom.....not BSChatroom.....

I'm all in favor of open and honest discussions...that is what facebook is for...

I really doubt anyone wants to hear me talk about the rash on my scrotum.
