No more AGA. We or on Canadian Gas standards now. At least Canada is tough in one area.

Don't know about that as I have not watched hockey lately. Bought a nice 42" Panasonic plasma for Xmas so I may start watching sports again. Surprised to hear about the AGA, are you sure?

Aparently so:

But they are using CSA not CGA standards and have permanent American affiliates. Sounds like cost cutting etc to me.

It gets colder here so we burn more gas and know MORE about furnaces than you

This country is so FUBAR sometimes it makes me nuts. Cost cutting is not a surprise. We even have states that out source the prison system.
It's still damn scarce but there are towns who out source the police and fire fighters.

That is sad, was watching A@E about those private prisons. We just put em out on an ice floe in the ocean and let them fend for themselves. (The worst ones I wish).
