Need advise with these bathrooms

I am looking to buy this home.

Everything is great with this home however it is a foreclosure home and in as is condition.

Two bathrooms were in process of being remodeled and are right now incomplete.

Please see the pictures of the bathrooms.

Can someone advise how much I am looking at approximately to fix this?

Thank you,

it's really going to depend on what was already done, how it was done, and what you want to do....

It looks like a DIY job, and with all the forclosures on the market, banks are looking to turn 'em, so I'd push hard for a nice size price reduction, especially if it's two bathrooms that are in this condition. Depending on where you look, the average bathroom remod is somewhere in the $6-12k range. Aim high, they will accept, or counter more than likey
