Masonry RipOff?

"whole house-grind out cracks and tuckpoint"

Well, there's still cracks that have not been repaired, and gaps, and that's a pretty nonchalant attempt at tuckpointing. Definitely file a report out of principle. I'd want at least some of my money back.
