Actually Willie, there is an answer, it is just that it would be an opinion. Personally, unless the person was of a "Protected Class", there may be a case, depending on the circumstances. Now if the party was "Hired at will", or in a "Right to Work state", there is no recourse for discharge, unless under review by an attorney, that it was determined that they were wrongfully terminated, which there would have to be piles of information to back up, only an attorney could determine, not the Internet.

True. And the weird thing is that there are a LOT of those threads. I always wonder what's up with a person who comes in and asks one question, then never comes back.

It is the same way, when you ask a politician why they ran for office, what they are going to do to fix things.

I had one today that I came across, that the person just posted two words. I in turn, being the joker that I am posted one word in return. That word was "Fishsticks!!!" Every now and they, you get the starter coming back and get pissed.

The even better one I had today, was a starter on another forum asked about what is the best computer for multi-use is available. I figured that I would link them to at the time, back in the day, top of the line machine, best for your money.

I am guessing that they did not like it. The link was for the old IBM PC-Dos that sold around 1985.

This must be that adopt-a-thread program I read about on the internet. Can anyone tell me if this is legal?

LOL, I am already a millionaire. Apparently, there was a very wealthy Irish relative living in Nigeria. All I had to do was put up some "good faith" money and millions are coming my way! And, I got a heck of a deal on a bridge yesterday too.

Well, the same guy that got me the bridge has a fantastic deal on some Enron stock. They are supposed to be making a resurgence.

I don't know about the legal advice but if the person asking the question is the teacher, I sure hope it wasn't an english teacher!
