I'm quitting

smoking and it stinks. No, not the quitting part, that's actually getting easier the longer I go. It's just that I smell every speck of dust now! LITERALLY!

Oh well. I suppose it's nice to be ABLE to smell every speck of dust and not be dead....

Good luck. I hope you can stick with it. I watched my dad die from lung cancer. I would not wish that on anyone.

After over a month, I already do. The wife appreciates that the most I think.....

I think I'm ALMOST past the grouchy part, but don't push me.....

My mom has allergies and has lost most of her sense of smell.....

...she's always saying...' I don't smell too good...'

I'm quitting

I quit...every time I empty a pack. But at least I'm buyin' 'em by the pack now instead of cartons. Seriously though, good luck and stay with it!

BTW I just checked out your youtube channel. You rock! Where do you come up with that stuff???

Crazy stuff, ain't it? It keeps me awake for hours sometimes figuring them out.....
The glass top and bottom one took weeks to figure out and create, and although it looks plain, is so complex, you wouldn't believe it!!!

Good Luck, prepare to gain some weight, but its worth it, I gained about 20 to 25, its been about 8 months. Don't know about the groutchy part, still have some tense moments, but I sure to feel better overall.

I'm quitting

am I actually the only one that has a problem with DM quitting?

It has nothing to do with the health issues. If it were just that, I would be all for it but if everybody quits smoking, do any of you have any idea where the government is going to collect those lost taxes? If DM doesn't pay those taxes, my taxes will assuredly go up.

So, because I'm a cheap bas**** that doesn't want to pay more taxes,

Don't you miss that relaxing effect it had on you after a nice meal? Don't you miss wandering through the woods; you, the dog, and a nice cigarette?

So, hop in the car and head on down to the store and buy, buy, buy before the government raises my taxes.

Nap has some good points but put me in the supporting you quitting column. Good for you.
