I need advice on a home project it involves PVC and copper tubing please help

I need to attach 3 pieces of 3in copper tubing to a piece of PVC pipe a cannot simply drill a hole through the copper tubing and put a screw through the copper into the PVC pipe. The copper tubing will be attached horizontally running the length of the PVC pipe. if you have any advice or tips please reply

Do you have a drawing of what you are wanting to do? You could use epoxy to mount the copper on the pvc.

Yes I do have a very basic drawing, is there a specific type of epoxy I should use? And will the epoxy be durable enough for large amounts of use?

It depends on what this is being used for.

Epoxy should work. You still will need to do some minor maintenance to keep it looking good. may want to look at some of the Steampunk forums, since they do stuff like this a lot for their characters.

Now, that is something that I would like to see. The largest was a potato gun. What would be cool, is if you could design one that is a working Phalanx style gun. Would work great to stop speeders.
