I am Building New Home in - and am looking for local trade subs


Hi,

I'm building a new home in -------. Has anyone used some local contractors for the following trades that did a good job and were well priced? I appreciate any contacts you may offer. I'm building a 2800 SF home in Prairie Trail. 3 ton geothermal system, radiant pex floor heating, 3 car gargage for some general info. ranch stlye 1550 sf 1st floor, 1250 sf unfinished basement.
  • ICF foundation walls
  • strip/form foundation walls
  • slabs, flatwork, sidewalk, & drives
  • geothermal system
  • pex radiant heating system (subcontractor)
  • plumber/geothermal system subcontractor
  • granite countertop sub/supplier
  • elctrical subcontractor

All you need is one general contractor and he can get all that done.
Start looking around and ask lots of questions.
Local building supplys, building inspector, houses going up in your area are some places to try and find someone.
