It looks like the water stream from the faucet does not quite line up with the receptacle. I'd gig it.

How many codes do you think this violates


It was an installation for a high end PC
They were told to make sure it was a clean power source

Someone had the blueprints facing the wrong way

Hahaha wow, is that the building in china that tipped over recently? What makes it impressive is that it seems in rather good condition, except for the fact that it's facing the wrong way.
