how do i get back money already paid to a contractor that overcharged in labor?

kevin keeler Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2010 Posts: 1	how do i get back money already paid to a contractor that overcharged in labor? the contractor charges $520 a day.....i know.made a mistake in billing but will not listen.l he overcharged $23,400- i was in house every they worked
