Hi - Just curious if anyone has the answer to this. Ten days ago, the buyer of my home had the home inspection. I have yet to see the results. My agent has not received any information from the buyer because they are busy but not to worry. The buyer has another day to respond and I was curious what the lack of response meant.
If the buyer doesn't respond to the inspection, does that mean that they automatically accept the house as is? Do they have a legal binding requirement to respond?
Lack could be nothing.... red tape? It's one more day, just wait and see!
