My question is has anyone had any issues with the Jeld-Wen assy good or bad.

Hello tuchodi, I work for a Home Depot here in the Chicago area, and we carry the A & F Wood Products pocket door frame & hardware in the store, but you can Special Order the Johnson products, check with you local store. We do carry Jeld-Wen products in the Chicago market stores, but not the Pocket Door frame, and I am also not familiar with the brand COS hardware.

I’ve seen them too and for the most part they have been attempting to give advice.
This one is clearly promoting products at the store.

Home Depot Commercial or not?

The posts by Home Depot people have been very up-front and explaining their position, so the posts should be taken in in context and to be considered.

It would be able and easier to to hide and use a personal name with no qualifications and just give some personal opinions. - You just have to separate the advice/experience from the selling a products that others also sell. It is quite refreshing to be open and straight forward unless you like to be duped.
