Hi neighbor

DUDE!

We got 8" of snow overnight. While I was out shoveling the driveway, a pickup with plow backed up into the drive, a guy who was my neighbor for over 15yrs at our last location, says, HI Neighbor, and proceeded to plow out my driveway. We had both moved, bump into each other occasionally, but not like when we lived across the street from each other. Giving him a hug is a big no no,, but he is the kind of guy you would like to.

8" is Nuttin'
We have probably over 15" now & still snowing...maybe for another 3 hours
Until the new driveway is in (60' long) our old one is only maybe 24' long
Fairly light snow, easy to shovel
I park the truck where the new driveway will go & just drive it out
Gotta luv 4wd

I'll be getting a snow blower when the new driveway is finished

What have I done

last week when we got 12" of that wet stuff I got out my lil Gehl 2500 skidloader. Headed around the neighborhood clearing driveways. I was purposely heading to the next block where a woman lives, her hubby is in a wheelchair so I knew she would have to shovel it herself.
She was one of the only neighbors out shoveling at that point. The look on her face when I pulled in and dropped the bucket and started clearing her driveway. Priceless.
I wouldnt take any pay when she asked how much!! She offered me to come inside for a cup of coffee. COFFEE??? What the heck is this world coming too? I laughed and told her I only drink Budweiser or Diet coke. Waved and drove off.
Today I went out to my truck and found a case of Budweiser and a case of Diet coke, from my Secret SAnta. Those are the kind of neighbors I like- She went out of her way to get me some beverages to show her appreciation.
After getting the skidloader--I LOVE SNOW!
