What would you do with this real estate? Recently vacated multifamily home in Pakastan.

Notice: Lots of interested buyers already.

Well, let's see; the uniquely eloquent privacy fence makes the yard ideal for a pool and maybe even a pistol range, it has its' own flag pole, and mail delivery should not be a problem as the U.S. government seems to have it on their special delivery route. The two things that bother me about it though are that, although I enjoy meeting people, I prefer a more rural setting, and, having grown up in the midwest, I have just never cared for flat roofs.

Throw a half dozen gun turrets on the roof and plant some flowers.

Should be a great fixer upeer deal or maybe even for a house flipper. The P.O. really let the place go.

Is there any electricity and internet there? LOL Nice retirement home.

Actually in all seriousness, it would be kinda cool to own that just to say that you own the house Bin Laden was killed in. It's a real piece of history. Wonder if there's any rebar in those walls.

This is the ad in how to sell it:

Location, location, location. Nestled in the foothills of Abbobttabad (right next to Costellostan), you get all the charms of rural life, and if you want the maddening rush of city life, you are within a two day walk to that kind of action. Turn of the 7th century construction makes this home the most advanced amongst your neighbors. For the finicky goat herder, expansions are not a problem. Custom awnings adorn the lower level windows to keep that hot pakistany sun off of your face. Plenty of room for the ever expanding children that you may have. We also did not forget about the adults as well. There is a private "adult" study here with complimentary glossy media that has been rarely used since the previous owner was "foreclosed" on. Excellent schools are nearby. This home will not last. Priced to move.
