helpful advice

If we could all refrain from arguing with each other and stick to advising the OP it would make for a much more helpful format. Everyone has opinions and that's fine. Everyone has their way of doing things and that's fine also. It's the diversity of advice that makes the forums useful. However, when a few people think that theirs is the only advice that is right, threads quickly turn into a pissing match. Let's try to keep to the topic and avoid all the personal snipes and attacks. That way, nobody has to be banned or sign up under multiple accounts. If someone is truly getting up your nose there is always the IGNORE feature. So let's all try to aim our posts at the OP question and not each other. If you ain't got nothing nice to say, then don't say nothin at all.

Always ask to see your contractors license!
