heavy social networking a negative ?

Facebook is great. It's like a giant phonebook of everyone I went to public school with back in Denmark, then High school here and college here.

I somehow get the feeling other people use it sliiiightly differently though, HA.

Hey Ross, my daughter is 1 week old today - should I get her an iPhone on the way home?

Not if you want her to know how to use it in manners that you have no
possible conception of!!
Keep her away from computers and "dudes"!!

I was driving a rental car on an expressway that got totalled in an accident. Guy ahead of a truck in the right lane was steering with his forearms while playing a video game with his thumbs. He unknowingly tapped either the gas or brake pedal and thereby turned the cruise control off. The car decelerated quickly and the truck swerved to avoid hitting him but knocked me into a ditch and caused the car I was driving to flip. Dude was not a kid but I guess late 30s or early 40s.

Cell phone laws have been stiffened here after a young girl took out a grad student in Central Illinois. She was driving and downloading ringtones and ran over him in a bike lane.
