Not lumber racks-- PIPE racks

Nice rig, Mike! One thing I always do to a new ride, buss. or personal; add some 1/4" stiff mess galv. screening to the front end- behind the trim- protects all the fin coolers from rocks/bolts/ even a nut once, coming through the grill spaces. But if you used a cheap cord already- may want to wait 'til after the first projectile hits- lol. Gary

Not a cheap cord----just worn out---I'm funny about cords--I like really good ones.

Good suggestion about the radiator protection---I'm learning---

Ya got any pictures of your tool rack? Here is the one I was talking about but it is taller than this one.

Yep--that's the dream cover---they also make one that is about 16" taller---

I've just started looking into them---I've been to busy to contact a local distributor--Maybe when things slow down a bit---

Yeah, the hi-cube ones of those are the bomb. Its like a mobile work station, there's counters on each side, tall enough to stand up in comfortably.

I may have found a tall cap and doors---I'll check it out today---

There is a rust bucket junk truck for sale at the local gas station---If the cap will work with my truck,I'll see if he will consider parting out the topper---I don't think he will get any more or less for that old junker if the cap is gone----

If its a Gemtop or an A.R.E., it's steel, which is what you want. A fiberglass canopy would be silly on that thing.

And lets hope he doesn't know what he has, those things are expensive, even on the used market.

Got a "ready heater"? Start running it under the truck, may even want to tarp some of the heat in. We've all been there...........
