Glue mouse traps are inhumane?

PETA thinks so
I guess the spring traps only tickle the mouse

It's a good thing the little varmints aren't human then.

Was able to get one with the riding lawnmower this weekend. Pocket gophers are to fast to get. It's getting to be the time of the year when the little buggers want to set up house in your home without even paying rent.

Yeah I prefer the snap traps at least it's a fairly painless death (most of the time).

The #1 solution though is to repair whatever way they're entering in first place. If they can get in somehow it also indicates a heat loss source! So may as well fix two problems at once.

dehydrating to death on a bed of glue... ewww. so what do you do, walk by it everyday and wait for them to stop moving?

As a member of PETA, I don't think I would ever try a mouse, dead or alive. Now that young lady............maybe.

Look closely at the picture

I'm just wondering what that sticky substance is all over her legs and belly. At first I was worried it was just my screen!!:whistling2:

They die pretty quickly, I would say within thirty minutes.

I'm perfectly willing to live trap all of my mice and ship them to any PETA member who wants to give them a home. After all, disease carrying vermin have rights too.

Debate about "Better" Mouse traps!

Scuba Dave; (Poster #1) Spring traps don't "tickle them they kill 'em outright! But they're more cruel! I see from the number of posts that EVERYONE has an opinion on this subject!!!(Now more than ever):no::drink:Don't drink and Drive!!!

Scuba_Dave 08-28-2009 03:02 PM

You should see how they were promoting to save water
...actually I think it was to become a vegetarian
I can't really remember......just remember the pics
Some lady in an office tower brought down a towel because they could see too much

i found a small snake on a glue trap recently
i tried to pull it loose but i couldn't
a tap with my hammer put it out of its misery

i still feel bad about that:(

PETA even got onto the president for killing a fly. They can have all of them here. Just come and get 'em.

I love what PETA does for animals, but they can be a little psychotic when it comes to human lives.
