I ran a nightclub during college...paid my education, and when I began teaching aviation maintenance a few years later, my students called my class "club powerplant" and when they found out about the nightclub, jay's oasis. I use joasis on all internet activities. On eBay it is joasis98, because I am not the only one around.

"KB" is the name of my business --- also my first 2 initials -- or my first initial, and my wife's first initial. Or the first initial of my first son, and then the first initial of my second son. I was once observed sitting in my car with my girlfriend exchanging some smooches, and then earned the nickname "kissing bandit" -- another "KB" -- the list goes on ....

Sparky is self-explanitory, being in the electrical business and occasionally creating a pyrotechnic display of sparks flying about ....

Ayuh,...

Mine is a conflagration of my real last name, that I've been using since it was bestowed upon me back in High School, 40-odd years ago...

I'm Bondo, or Bond-o in real life to all my closest friends,+ All over the internet...

Because Levi Strauss sounded too Amish and an Amish internet name would be an oxymoron! That and because I grew up in Montana.

I use bradnailer because bradpitt, jimshorts, bobwhite, and seymorebutts were taken.

Actually, I build furniture and use a brad nailer occasionally. It's generally the user name I use on forums because I'm old and can't remember much.
