Estimate Foundation Cost

Was looking for a ballpark figure for 40x60 precast foundation and excavation in knoxville, TN (frostline ~18 inches). I know there are some intangibles, hopefully the info i've provided is enough. If it is not, please tell me what else i need to provide.

Estimate Foundation Cost

Moved to off-topic since this has nothing to do with DIY
Costs vary by location, get several local estimates & check references

(Nathan and Dave, the OP asked, so I think I can safely say what follows, without violating TOU. Please delete my post if it violates TOU.)

Well, I do a lot of construction estimating for a living, and I help a lot of folks with budget numbers. If you strike out finding free help, let me know. The free way really is to contact a couple of local contractors and have them come out. The next best thing is someone like me that can put together a ball park pretty quick.

Click on the "Project Estimating Service" link below in my signature line, and e-mail me what you know and how to get a hold of you. I can get you a ball park pretty quick.
