ear pulling back by itself

i guess the title says it all :/

my names frank im 23, and ive had this ongoing symptom/issue with my ear since jan or feb.
the thing is real, i feel my left ear (entire ear) pulling back by itself and theres nothing i can do to keep it from doing it. it does not hurt but its bothersome.
i have a somewhat stressful job and i have a feeling it may have something to do with it.
the reason i opened this thread was to get some insight/feedback if anybody here has had the same or similar issue, i have not yet seen a doctor because of financial reasons but i will as soon as i get my insurance in Nov.

any advice/feedback/suggestion will be greatly appreciated

I guess you could wear a motorcycle helmet everywhere you went. Then nobody would notice.

This is a easy one.

Apply a nice bead of polyurethane caulk behind your ear’s.

Wear the motorcycle helmet for 24 hrs.

Remove the helmet and you’re good to go, those ear’s are going nowhere.

I've had the sensation that you're describing. It definitely feels like your ears are being pulled back by some unknown force.

The best part is, my carpenter pencils stay tucked on top of my ears better now and nobody calls me "Elephant Ears" anymore.
