DIY - Oops!
As we wind on down the road -
Shadows taller than our soul -
Sometimes we have to fold -
As in -
Fold over with laughter!!
(Remember! - we're laughing WITH you - not at you!)
In the "hood" -
Somebody had a 2-car garage (typical) -
During the Winter; the homeowner got together with his friends and
No dumpster - they hauled everything away in pick-up trucks.
No dumpster - no permit.
Good way to save some money!
Went by a few days later - everything is covered in snow.
What's that on the front door of the house?!? -
Now - what has happened?
Someone tried to sneak a garage re-build past the Building Dept.
They got caught.
The Building Dept. knows you!
Now - the snow is gone -
In their haste to do the job -
They didn't bother to un-fasten the sill-bolts -
They cut them flush with the surface of the "crete"!
I wonder how they propose to fasten the framing to the concrete?
In a manner that will be OK, with the "pesky" - Building Dept.?!?
Into every life - a little rain may fall!
