I'm about ready to quit cooking. I fried turkey chops and nuked potatos. Though the chops were dry, she ate.
Today, she wanted Italian. I nuke a can of Spaghettios and she threw it at me! You can't get more Italian than that! There's even a picture of of an Italian chef on the can! I'll never understand her!

If was Stouffers. And it was a recipe. It took a lot of work. Nuke for 6 minutes on high, take it out and stir until even and nuke for 6 more minutes on high. See, a recipe.

Yep. Interesting show. They try to make cooking complicated instea of just nuking things. And then spread 1-3 things on a plate as if it need to be in some order. WTH? It all goes in the same hole! Just pile t on the plate until all the china, or styrofoam, is hidden and chow down.

I agree, why make it so complicated . We usually skip that step and just stand at the stove and eat right out of the pot.

Quick rinse of the pot, wipe off the forks on your shirt and your ready for the next meal.
I can tell my family is satisfied by the enormous burbs before they even leave the kitchen

......

This reminds me of a story.

One night when the Mr. and Mrs. Jones and their 6 children were about to sit down to dinner, their neighbors Bob and Martha stopped by for a visit.

"Oh my! You're getting ready to eat, we'll stop by later to chat", Bob said. "Well, if you haven't eaten yet, we'd love to have you join us", Mr. Jones offered. Bob replied, "Now that you mention it, we are kind of hungry. Thank you for the kind offer".

They enjoyed the meal and, just by coincidence, Bob and Martha stopped by the next evening at dinner time. Once again they were asked to stay. And once again they accepted.

For the next 2 weeks Bob and Martha 'just happened' to stop by at dinner time and Mr. Jones, though very polite and generous, was growing tired of them taking advantage of his kindness. He had all he could do to put food on the table for his own family. He tried to think of a way to get them to stop coming over.

That evening, when his oldest son finished eating, there was still some roast beef and gravy on his plate. He set the plate on the floor and the dog licked it clean.

Mr. Jones said to his son, "Boy, the plate's been licked nice 'n clean. Now pick it up and put it back up in the cupboard with the other clean plates."

Bob and Martha quickly excused themselves and were never heard from again.

I was just telling Judy last night that I miss working but not fooling with people. Just when you think you have met all the different kinds of people another type pops up. It is just unreal how some grown people act sometimes, kinda makes you want to just scream. The folks I had more trouble with was engineers, architects and people who didn't have much money. The engineers and architects thought they knew it all and the people who weren't rich wanted something for nothing. OK I am through whining now.

Jan, just grit your teeth, smile and hope this one gets behind you quickly.

Thanks Jim,
I've been working with this needy couple for over a year, biting my tongue and listening to her ridiculous complaints (its all her..he's ok but controlled by her).
I can't even stand the sound of her voice anymore.

And to top it all off, she brings the lord into everything.."its in god's hand" ..."we've prayed about this one" Don't get me wrong I'm not against being religious, but when she doesn't get her way because of HER OWN decisions, its not her fault or even God's.

Guess who she blames..GRRRR
