"DIY" - cooking/baking - story

I do need to refine my cooking skills. Wife insisted on steak last night. I got her some Hungry Man Salisbury steak dinner and she threw it out. She wanted ribeye, so I got her one nad nuked it for 5 minutes. I don't know why, but it came out different than when she cooks. Hers are brown bloody and tasty, mine was grey and like a shoe sole. Did I over cook it? Not cook it enough? I dunno..

I did boil her a couple of hotdogs today. She ate 1/2 of one. Didn't like that either. Go figure.

On aside note, since she always says she likes babies, I thought she'd be thrilled when I offered to go over to VCU dorm and see about hiring a couple of them to cook clean and take care of other things too, and promote her to #1 wife. I thought I'd be doing good by hiring a baby like Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson, or the like. I'll never understand her.

Frank, remind her that it's the thought that counts.

hahaha Rossi. I had to sneak down the neighbours drive to snap this pic. My friend happened to be driving past..she almost crashed her car when she saw the entire spectacle of Boss and me ( and my normal pet dog)

Well not (by the owners own admission) when they sleep in your bed. And when (by my own witness) when they have pee running down their legs.

Although he does come when you call him..sort of grazes over in the general direction. And he does make all kinds of grunting noises when you speak to him..not unlike some teenagers I know or perhaps Jim when he's enjoying Judy's casserole

Nothing is "all good"!
Sometimes this - sometimes that.
It all comes out in the "wash"!

Got to go play!!

My stars, that is some serious lard right there, no way would a hog even get in our house let alone sleep in here. I bet they have never visited a hog farm. Pigs are smart animals but that don't stop them from stinkin. We raised hogs when I was a boy and we killed and dressed them, well, my dad did, I couldn't stand to hear the poor things squeal when they killed them, so I went as far back in the woods as I could and then covered my ears. Now after they were dead I didn't mind helping then.

Now soundin like a hog in a slop trough is one thing I do when chowin down on Judy's cookin, smackin and slurpin and carrin on and that is before I even get to the table, now when I sit down ...

By the way Barb, I like your signature
