Did I get a good deal?

Hey folks,I just had my roof done by one of our areas most trusted and popular roofers.I had two buildings done, 1500sq ft each so 3000 sq ft total.
One building had 8 36"x48" skylights with a 16' gable roof skylight, the skylights needed new flashing for those and it was custom made soldered metal. The roof on that one had two roofs to remove also. The other building was just one roof for the tear off and 8 vents and a chimney. We needed new flashing for the chimney. There was a middle flat roof section that required tear off(one roof)We chose this rubber membrane roofing(60 mil) for that, the sq ft was about 350sq ft total for the flat roof.

The flat roof had three 48"x48" skylights that needed new flashing also.A pitch was added to the flat roof.we added 306' of brown 7" seamless gutter and down spouts.
This is in Northern California, we chose a 40 year/lifetime OC Premium Duration shingle.
Total cost for the whole job with permit was 23,500 dollars. Is this a fair deal.I just feel like it was a lot for about four days of work.Granted they had to pull all of those skylights and make new flashings install a pitch to roof. Please let me hear your thoughts

You’ll always pay more for popular.

Roof pricing varies by area. Usually in the south it's very cheap compared to here in the northeast.
I did the calculations with the pricing that we're used to pay here and I'm thinking that same job here would have cost about $19k (a good roofer).

Thanks for the reply's.I did get some lower bids but this roofer is one of the best so I guess you get what you pay for.The job went smooth and the roof looks great.

It sounds like you are happy with the roof and you chose the right guys to do it.
The right installation is more important than pricing in my opinion.
