Cost to replace existing ductwork

I recently went into my attic and saw the terrible shape my ductwork was in. It all needs to be replaced. Does anyone know an estimate of how much it will cost just to replace the ductwork? I just would like to have an idea when I start calling hvac people. Thanks.

Only contractors that see your place can give estimates/bids/quotes on what it will cost.

Speculation over the internet only serve to disappoint you, if the price is much higher. Or depress you if some says it cost, more then the X dollars you can afford.

Call several contractors, and find out for real.
