Chinese sausages - who has tried them?

I used to have these all the time
Just picked up another pack at the grocery store
Basically they are like boneless spare ribs - in a sausage
I only cook these outside on the grille
Greasy = fire & smoke
They are very good

No I've never heard of these. What store did you get them from?

It is possible it is like Spam (all meat) or just scrapple ( pigs, oinks and corn meal).

I had them in China at a restaurant not as cheap as fish or shrimp) and could not find them in the U.S., since they have been made to their standards and not to the low exporting products to the U.S. Apparently, an adventurous importer may have them made to his requirements to get the price down. The ones I had were not real greasy, but just enough.

I tried to find them a year or two ago and was told they were not available.

The Chinese can make anything you want to your standards. Maybe they were U.S. made and just labeled "Chinese".

They probably have lead from kids toys and old drywall in them.
