Buildout of a specialty room?

Sunny, Welcome to the Forum

This is a DIY Forum. While there are a lot of experienced folks on this Forum, asking us to second guess on an unknown design in an unknown location for an unknown purpose is just not practical.

You do not have a builder
A builder has his own tools.

Check your local codes, too. Most often 5/8 fire stop is required. Some areas require conduit for electrical in commercial work.--Mike--
