mbaker Newbie   Join Date: Jul 2010 Posts: 1	build an addition What should it cost per square foot for an addition to a modular. This will add one bedroom and double the size of the living room. It will be 36 X 12 and will have a full basement under half the addition and the other half will extend a garage that is already under the house. The house is built on a slanted hill.
