Broken Windows
 

I am having trouble with a roommate of mine. I am in college and I happen to know a thing or two about things around the house. Unfortuantely, this other person does not. This person broke a full size window completely out at in late June and didnt't get it fixed for 30+ days. Instead, it was covered with a trash bag and somewhat duct-taped. The power bill almost doubled. How much would the shotty-covered window effect the power bill?

It would be like leaving the front door standing wide open all month.

I used to do work for a realty management company, they had a numer of rental units around the Univ of Delaware, I think I met your guy. Window broken out, covered with a black garbage bag. It didn't seem to bother him but it bothered his roomys.
