Bad Experience With a Home Security Salesman!

I wanted to post a warning against purchasing a home security person from a salesman by the name of Daniel DiCastro in the Philadelphia area!!! He sold me a system and promised me features that ADT could not offer in my area. When I asked him for a refund for the extra service, he instead offered some grocery shopping coupons!!! After a year of this, I repeatedly called him to ask him to stop the extra services we are being billed for and not getting. His voicemail says "You have reached Daniel DiCastro..." and it's definitely his voice...But he has not returned a single one of my calls. DO NOT work with this guy. He acts like a cowboy who can do whatever he wants and has NO follow up.

Make sure to file a complaint with the BBB. I don't think it will help you, but it might keep someone else from doing business with this guy.

Have you tried calling ADT directly? They ave a customer service group that should be able to help you
