Any Hockey Fans?

Ohio had a hockey team once. It must be hard to live hockey only through those who do have teams.

I agree, the draft pick will be interesting.

What are you talking about Ohio had a team once? They still do. You must not have been much of a hockey fan to not know that and if you did how sad is it that when you get one tread on paint closed, you come troll an off topic thread instead.

This thread is for hockey fans. Don't like hockey any more? No problem, just hit the back button on your browser.

Always nice to hear from the South, the land of no ice rinks so far.

And go blue jackets. Someone missed the nuance and my loyalties to a team.

My guess is too far into the spirits of it all?

The whole brain injury thing is gaining traction fast here in the US.

Football and hockey have to be at the forefront.

I don't follow NHL rules closely, but I believe in the minor league games I attend locally, it's a 2 min penalty to continue to play after your helmet falls off in the course of playing. Pretty good rule for the youngsters

Yes they all contribute but the last I read soccer was the leading cause of head injuries especially in young children. Except for the ice and padding I thought hockey and soccer were the same. Of course I have never been able to sit thru a whole game of either. I think there is more excitement in watching golf or paint dry.
