Afternoon Naps?

DrHicks A Little Of Everything   Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: Omaha, NE Posts: 2,041	Afternoon Naps? My wife & I both get up early. If I'm dragging, I'll slip in a 10-15 minute nap sometime during the day. Any more than that, and I wake up more tired than I was when I went to sleep.
