16' - 18' ceiling, how to get up there?

There is an 18 foot high "push-around" cherry picker that fits through most doors when collapsed
I've even used elevators to transport them to the second floor

You can usually rent them for 1/2 day periods, and have them dropped off and picked up

very handy

These work excellent. They fit through doorways and take very little time to setup.
Ah...that's them
I get them through Rent All

two thumbs up

Before you buy any stepladder, make sure that you can actually physically position it where you need it. Check the stance. The footprint gets much bigger the higher the ladder goes and it simply may not allow you to get close enough to the bulbs.
