The Would-be Weekend Warrior in SC :)

Hi everyone

My name is Alicia and I live in the Charleston area of SC. I bought my house in March of 2010 and boy do I have a lot of work and ideas to put into play!

I'm very optimistic about what I can learn here and hopefully I'll find ways to save myself some of the trouble of the learn as you go type. I work in property management so I do have a relatively good grasp on many basic things already, but there's still a TON for me to learn.

Thanks for having me and hopefully I'll be able to help others out in the future
