Question

trying to be a carpenter

I Have been a window tinter for 20 years. I am remodeling my shop myself. I have a few questions for the experianced drywallers. Above my office is wasted space. I would like to use it for storage. The offices has a drop cieling so I need to put a flooring on top of the offices. As well as float the semi crooked back wall of the office. Any suggestions?
