knchat Newbie   Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 2	Toolaholic and escaped nurse VA/FL I enjoy DIY as an excuse to hang out in habitat restores, hardware stores, building supply centers and attend tool demos. I have formal training in commercial art and wood boatbuilding. I have just enough helper experience in electric and plumbing to get myself in trouble. I took a leave of absence from alzheimers nursing to care for my mom. I don't want to go back to nursing AND take care of mom. I'm in limbo trying to sell mom's house in FL and winterize my place in VA before freezing weather. Finances make DIY a necessity. Last edited by knchat; 09-11-2006 at 04:17 AM.
