Thought I'd stop on over...

I was originally registered over at Contractor Talk... I'm a landlord/property manager and found I didn't quite fit into the crowd over there.

That being said, thought I'd make my home over here!!

Welcome to the Chatroom. I am sure that being a landlord gives you lots of opportunities to do home repairs. Lots of great advice and knowledge here if you need it.

We get into a lot of stuff. But I've learned where to draw the line and sub-out certain trades. I enjoy rehabs and remods a lot. I can kinda experiment with different things for my own home. Which in turn makes the wifey happy.
