Hello Do it yourselfers and all you knowitalls.

As my name insinuates, I am a Superintendent, actually former now with the economy. Now just back to being a jack of all trades.

Came across the site looking for info on a specific problem with my sister's furnace. I will be posting a thread on that in a moment.

Before I did that, I thought I would create a membership and say haylllo.
So HAYLLOOOO.

Anyway, now that the super is on site, TURN DOWN THOSE DARN STEREOS! And I thought I told you folks to quit parking your darn cars in the way of the concrete trucks! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU!


Now that the super has walked away, just blast the stereos again.
