Such A Newbie

I'm not a total newbie when it comes to fixing minor repairs around the house and I have a wealth of tools, hand and electric and wireless. That said, I moved to a 50-year old mobile home about a year ago and am stumped about how to do repairs...fixing a rotten step at the bottom of the front porch, how to paint the exterior and so much more. I came here in the hopes that I would find some kindred souls that live in mobile homes. BTW, I'm female, 65 and do have some medical problems but they don't keep me from DIYing.

I'm pretty new here too, and a newbie to all the stuff you mentioned. We shall learn together!

You will probably have to be specific about each issue, one or two at a time. Pictures will help too.
