Starting it all off!

Heyhey guys!
I just got my first home and am super excited to get to work on all of the projects I want to do to make it my home. But, not to go into too much detail on the projects, a little about me first.

I am 21 and live in Michigan. I am currently a student working toward a degree in software engineering. I have been working in the home improvement business with my dad since I was about 11 or so. He buys foreclosures and fixes them to use as rentals. So I am no stranger to carpentry and the like.

I am basically a jack of all trades, master of none.

I look forward to all of the feedback, advice, and discussions I'll participate in here :D

Welcome, good luck with the new house

My 1st house I did a lot of much needed renovation/upgrading
This house I'm doing the same (but not even 1/10 as bad)
My problem is I start the next project before finishing the 1st 3, 4 or 5 projects
